1. Company Information

E-Lux Sibiu Transfer provides private transportation and transfer services using electric vehicles (Tesla) within Sibiu and surrounding areas.

2. Service Description

Our services include:

Airport pickups and drop-offs

City and intercity transfers

Private and corporate travel

All rides are made with premium electric vehicles for a quiet, comfortable, and sustainable experience.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

Payment methods accepted: cash, card, or bank transfer (depending on availability).

Prices are provided before confirmation and may vary depending on distance, time, and availability.

The booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a fee or no refund, depending on circumstances.

In case of no-show (without notice), no refund will be provided.

5. Delays & Liability

E-Lux Sibiu Transfer will make every effort to ensure timely pickups and arrivals.

However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Heavy traffic, weather conditions, or road closures

Flight delays or incorrect flight information provided by the client

Events beyond our control (force majeure)

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the ride.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any form of damage to the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges.
